By accessing or using our website, services, or associated platforms (including our Facebook group), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding agreements to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Services Provided

Sanjay Iyer, LLC provides an advertising and networking platform for physician and healthcare job postings. We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. Our role is limited to publishing content submitted by advertisers.

3. No Employment Relationship / Limited Role

We act solely as an advertising platform for job postings. Sanjay Iyer, LLC does not hire, employ, screen, vet, or endorse any employers, candidates, or job postings. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of any job listing, nor do we guarantee that any job posting will result in applications, interviews, or hires.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Harass, abuse, or interfere with other users.
• Post content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Circumvent or misuse payment systems.

5. Employer Responsibility for Compliance

All advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their job postings comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment and nondiscrimination laws (including wage transparency, equal opportunity, and other regulations). Sanjay Iyer, LLC disclaims any liability arising from advertisers’ failure to comply with such laws.

6. User Content, Copyright & License

By submitting or uploading job postings, descriptions, logos, images, or other materials (“Content”) to Sanjay Iyer, LLC or affiliated platforms (including our website and Facebook group), you agree to the following:

Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that you own the Content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and clearances to use, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit it.

You represent and warrant that your upload and our use of the Content will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or other proprietary rights of any third party.

Liability & Indemnification

You assume all liability, claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to the Content you submit.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanjay Iyer, LLC, and its owners, affiliates, contractors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all third-party claims or actions arising from your submitted Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer & Limited Role Regarding Content

We act only as a service provider and distributor of user-submitted Content. We do not proactively verify or guarantee that any Content complies with copyright or other laws.

We expressly disclaim responsibility or liability for any user-submitted Content.

License Granted to Us

By uploading Content, you grant Sanjay Iyer, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to copy, display, distribute, and publish the Content solely for purposes of operating and promoting our services (including posting on our website, Facebook group, and other related platforms).

7. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit or post Content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contains offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material.
• Violates Facebook or other third-party platform rules.

We reserve the right to remove any Content at our sole discretion.

8. Payments and Refunds

All payments for postings are final and non-refundable. If Content is removed by us due to violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform rules, no refund will be issued. Pricing and subscription options are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect existing paid postings already in place.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sanjay Iyer, LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Sanjay Iyer, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of our platform.
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services.
• Employers and advertisers remain solely responsible for their interactions and agreements with candidates.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanjay Iyer, LLC, its owner, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your submitted Content.
• Any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. (Replace with your LLC’s state of registration if different.)
