Welcome to www.docsjobsnow.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Sanjay Iyer, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and the services offered through it, including the purchase and posting of job advertisements and sponsored posts to the EM Docs Jobs Facebook group.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Services Offered

The Site allows users (companies or individuals) to:

  • Submit and pay for job advertisements or sponsored content.
  • Have that content posted on the EM Docs Jobs Facebook group, which is independently operated by Sanjay Iyer, LLC.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to provide contact and billing information in order to submit a job ad or sponsored post. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your name or email address on this Site.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is required at the time of submission of a job ad or sponsored post.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a post has been submitted and processed unless otherwise required by law or unless an error on our part prevents your content from being posted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or remove any post that violates our content guidelines or the Facebook group's rules, in which case no refund will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, including offering discounts or customized pricing, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Different users or organizations may be offered different pricing or promotional terms.

5. User Content and Responsibility

When you submit content (text, images, links, or other media) for posting, you agree to the following:

  • You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and submit the content.
  • The content is accurate, not misleading, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material.
  • The content complies with Facebook's Community Standards and any rules applicable to the EM Docs Jobs group.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any content at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Subscription Posting Disclaimer: By subscribing to any EM Docs Jobs, Sanjay Iyer, LLC, or affiliated services, subscribers acknowledge and agree that it is their sole responsibility to submit their job postings each month. While we may send reminders as a courtesy, they are not guaranteed. Monthly payments will continue to be processed automatically to maintain the active subscription, regardless of whether a new job post is submitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed submissions. Subscribers are encouraged to set their own reminders to ensure timely submission of their ads.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers hosting it.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems.
  • Use any automated means (bots, crawlers, etc.) to access or interact with the Site without express permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sanjay Iyer, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Site interacts with third-party services, including Facebook. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party platforms and are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from their use.

Posts made to the EM Docs Jobs Facebook group are subject to Facebook's terms and privacy policy, as well as any moderation rules set by the group administrator(s).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We make no guarantees regarding the performance, visibility, or outcome of any posted job ad or sponsored post.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanjay Iyer, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, including any errors in submitted content or third-party actions (e.g., Facebook platform behavior).

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any legal action brought against Sanjay Iyer, LLC or any associated entities (including but not limited to DocsJobsNow.com and EM Docs Jobs), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless these entities, including covering all legal fees and costs, including those incurred by us.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanjay Iyer, LLC, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Site or services.
  • Your submitted content.
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Site or services at any time and for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts.
